The app is included when you work with an Iron Focus coach — whether you train at our gym or remotely at another gym with online coaching.

Request Iron Focus coaching or apply to join the gym from Your Coaches in the app.

Sign In to the App

Use the email your coach or admin set up for you. App access is included automatically.

Train & Track

Log workouts, follow programs from your coach, and track progress in the calendar.

Progress Together

Your Iron Focus coach reviews progress and adjusts your program in the app.

Not coached by Iron Focus? Subscribe to the app with a 7-day free trial and optionally request coaching or apply to join the gym.
